Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to business customers ordering custom packaging from Freestyle Packing ([Company legal name LLC]).

Quotes

Quotes are valid for 15–30 days, as shown on each quote, because board and freight prices change. Estimates from our online price estimator are not quotes.

Artwork and approval

You confirm you have the right to use all artwork you send us. You must check and approve your 3D mockup and pre-production sample. Production follows the approved sample; we aren't responsible for errors in artwork you approved.

Payment

50% on sample approval and 50% before shipping unless agreed otherwise in writing. Production starts once the first payment clears.

Colour and quantity tolerances

Printed colours can vary slightly between board types and print runs. Custom production can result in up to ±5% of the ordered quantity; we invoice for the quantity delivered.

Delivery

Lead times are estimates and start after sample approval and payment. See Shipping & Returns.

Faults

Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos, if boxes are damaged, faulty or don't match the approved sample. We'll reprint or refund the affected boxes.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. We aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
