Recyclable, plastic-free postal boxes
Packaging your customers can put straight in the recycling bin, without giving up a premium look.
What makes a box recyclable
- Single material: corrugated board or card only, with no plastic windows or plastic lamination.
- Water-based inks: low-odour inks that don't stop the board being recycled.
- Paper tape and card inserts: instead of plastic tape and foam.
- Recycled content: ask for recycled-content board in your quote.
Some finishes, like plastic lamination, foil and plastic windows, make recycling harder. We'll always tell you which options keep your box recyclable.

Making UK packaging EPR easy
UK packaging Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) applies to UK businesses above set thresholds (over £1 million turnover and more than 25 tonnes of packaging a year). Large producers pay fees that depend on how recyclable their packaging is.
To make reporting simple, every invoice lists the material type and weight per box. Recyclable, single-material boxes also help keep any fees down.
