How Much Do Custom Postal Boxes Cost?
Custom printed postal boxes usually cost between about £0.92 and £2.24 per box. Where you land in that range depends mostly on how many you order. Here are our real starting prices and what moves them.
Prices by quantity
These are our "from" prices for a 23 × 15 × 7.5 cm kraft mailer box printed on the outside, delivered to your door with freight and duties included.

The jump from 100 to 500 boxes is the biggest saving. Setting up the press costs the same for any run, so a bigger order spreads that cost over more boxes.
Five things that change the price
- Quantity. The biggest factor, as the table shows.
- Size. Bigger boxes use more board and weigh more to ship.
- Board. White board costs a little more than kraft; thicker B-flute costs more than E-flute.
- Print. Printing inside the box adds roughly a third. One colour costs less than full colour.
- Finishes. Foil, spot UV and embossing add a few cents per box plus a small setup cost.
A worked example
A candle brand orders 1,000 kraft mailer boxes at our standard size, printed outside. At £1.04–£1.24 per box, that's about £1,040.00–£1,240.00 delivered. The same order at 250 boxes costs more per box but much less in total, which is often the smarter way to test a new design.
How to pay less
- Use one box size for several products and add a sticker for each variant.
- Choose kraft board and a one-colour logo for a crafted look at the lowest price.
- Order 2–3 months of boxes at a time to reach the next price break.
